Paul Harper will be fighting on Take Down Toe 2 Toe MMA event on Saturday in Colchester representing Zenith - best of luck to Paul! (not that he'll be needing it)

New Saturday class in Kings Cross at Urban Kings - begins tomorrow!

Austin will be teaching a class on Saturdays from 1- 2.30pm at Urban Kings in Kings Cross London, so for those of you who find Croydon is a long way, here's something a bit closer to home - see yer there!

No class on Monday 31st January - back on Wednesday

Austin isn't back from Lisbon until late tonight, so there will be no class this evening (Monday 31st January).  He took silver in his division at the Europeans - congratulations oooosss!

No class on Friday 28th January at Zenith Croydon

It's that time of year again, and we're off to Lisbon for a few days to take part in the European BJJ Championships, so there won't be a class on Friday 28th - but there will be a class on Monday 31st January so see yer there!

New home for Zenith BJJ!

So to celebrate the beginning of 2011 and a fresh start to the year, we've now moved to our huge new premises at Foundation For Life in Croydon.

The address is 96 Park Lane, Croydon, CR0 1JB which is a short walk from both East and South Croydon stations...the new timetable will be up very soon!

Training cancelled because of bad weather

Training at Zenith has been cancelled until further notice since Austin is currently snowed in. There has been a lot of heavy snowfall and Croydon council is very slow at clearing the roads. Watch this space for more info!

Zenith at High Wycombe: Saturday December 18th

Austin will be teaching a grappling/BJJ session in High Wycombe this Saturday December 18 from 2pm - 3.30pm in the small hall at the Reggie Goves Centre, Paul's Row, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP11 2HQ.

Golds at NAGA Paris

Austin and Kathy brought home a grand total of 2 gold and 3 silver medals for Zenith BJJ this weekend from the NAGA European championships in Paris.

Many thanks to Ollie Geddes (RGA), who put on a fine display of technical mastery in the international brown belt category to win his final match and come home with a bronze! He's a true warrior and a massive help from the side of the mat as well - thanks again :o)

Saturday afternoon class in High Wycombe this week

Austin and Kathy are venturing up to High Wycombe (barring major snow drifts etc.) this Saturday (December 4th) to teach a grappling/BJJ session from 2pm - 4pm in the small hall at the Reggie Goves Centre, Paul's Row, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP11 2HQ.

new additions to the timetable

There are a couple of extra times to be added to the schedule - we're now running sessions 7 days a week, and have added Tuesday and Friday afternoons 3- 6pm.  Kathy will be down at Zenith this Sunday....

Silver at the English Open BJJ Championships!

Congratulations to Austin, who took silver for Zenith at the English Open BJJ Championships in Kent on Sunday and congratulations also to Alain Pozo and his three Black Label students,  Paul Hartley, James Costa and Kieron Fightgood, who all won golds in their divisions...Oooosss!
